Myopia (nearsightedness) and astigmatism (warped cornea) cause blurred distance vision. These conditions are traditionally alleviated with the use of glasses, contact lenses, or LASIK. But, did you know there is now a non-surgical technique to provide crisp, clear vision without the use of daytime usage of glasses or contacts?
Dr. Cummings designs and fits corneal reshaping lenses using Paragon’s Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT) lenses. We call it Freedom CRT. The lenses are made of highly oxygen permeable material. You put them in at bedtime and your corneas are reshaped as you sleep. Upon awakening you remove the lenses and you will have sharp vision all day without worrying about losing your glasses or contacts. These lenses greatly slow and sometimes stop worsening vision in children and teens.
